|8:15pm to 9:15pm||Beginner Yoga||This class is for beginners; no gym/yoga experience is necessary. Focus on bring mind balance, strength, flexibility, and mindfulness into your everyday life.This 4 week class begins January 29th 2018. There will be a make-up class January 26th. |8:30am to 9:30am||Morning Yoga Practice||The Morning Yoga Practice is a blend of breath awareness, careful alignment, and flowing sequences. You are invited to move in a way that is powerful and self kind, with carryover into your life off the mat. The practice concludes with a simple relaxation meditation.||Carol|
|5:00pm to 5:45pm||Piro||Piyo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. The results of this fat burning, low impact workout is long, lean,defined muscles as well as a sense of well-being.||Lateefah|
|6:00pm to 7:15pm||Belly Dance||Easy to follow, Lateefah teaches a fusion of Persian, Egyptian, and Turkish styles, as well as from her own talent in the art of dance. A shimmery coin belly-dancing belt is offered for the class, and there is a palpable excitement and comradery that you feel as the movement begins. Belly dancing tones your core, nourishes your pelvic organs, and releases a sense of well-being, who wouldn’t want that!||Lateefah|

The yoga practice is a combination of flowing sequences with a careful focus on alignment and extended holds for cultivating the mind body spirit connection. It is a powerful repertoire of moves designed to safely strengthen your core muscles, sharpen your posture, and tone the muscles supporting your lower back, hips, and buttocks. You will feel very proud of yourself when the class is over!

|9:15am to 10:15am||Torah Infused Yoga||Spiritual themes of the weekly Torah portion are infused into the yoga class, creating a deeper sense of purpose and self-acceptance as well as cultivating strength, balance, and flexibility. |10:00am to 11:00am||empowerFlow Yoga||Poetry in motion of breath, mind and spirit. Class is created to cultivate strength and flexibility, as well as a sense of personal power within day to day living.||Lateefah|
|11:30am to 12:15pm||Small Group Training||This is a functional training class. We use the body to strengthen the body. Some weights are involved. You will be welcomed, pushed, and supported to work to your edge and be your best.||Lateefa|

Private Yoga – You might be more comfortable practicing yoga one-on-one, or with a group of friends. You might also be surprised to know that private yoga is very affordable. At your sessions we create a practice that fits your needs, at our studio or in your home.
