Monday
7:15am to 8:15am Morning Yoga Practice Morning Yoga Practice is a blend of breath awareness, careful alignment, and flowing sequences. You are invited to move in a way that is powerful and self-kind, with carryover into your life off the mat. The practice concludes with a simple relaxation meditation. Carol Berlin
7:15pm to 8:00pm Teen Yoga We will breathe, bend, strengthen, balance and simply have fun. Yoga is great for confidence, concentration, and so much more making it especially beneficial for teens! This 6 weeks series begins January 29th 2018. Cost: $120 for full series. Drop-in - $25 Dasi
8:15pm to 9:15pm Beginner Yoga This class is for beginners; no gym/yoga experience is necessary. Focus on bring mind balance, strength, flexibility, and mindfulness into your everyday life.This 4 week class begins January 29th 2018. There will be a make-up class January 26th. Tuesday

7:30pm to 8:30pm Evening Yoga Levels 1&2 Perfect class for transitioning from your workday into the night. The studio is candle lit. The yoga practice is a combination of flowing sequences with a careful focus on alignment and extended holds for cultivating the mind body spirit connection. You are guided towards growing your own inner balance, acceptance, and strength. You will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed Carol Berlin
Thursday

9:15am to 10:15am Torah Infused Yoga Spiritual themes of the weekly Torah portion are infused into the yoga class, creating a deeper sense of purpose and self-acceptance as well as cultivating strength, balance, and flexibility. Guiding you towards your own sense of connection and purpose. Carol Berlin

Private Sessions

You might be more comfortable practicing yoga one-on-one, or with a group of friends. You might also be surprised to know that private yoga is very affordable. At your sessions we create a practice that fits your needs, at our studio or in your home.
