5:00pm to 5:45pm | Piro | Piyo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. The results of this fat burning, low impact workout is long, lean,defined muscles as well as a sense of well-being. | Lateefah |
6:00pm to 7:15pm | Belly Dance | Easy to follow, Lateefah teaches a fusion of Persian, Egyptian, and Turkish styles, as well as from her own talent in the art of dance. A shimmery coin belly-dancing belt is offered for the class, and there is a palpable excitement and comradery that you feel as the movement begins.
